The Ross Reynolds building is now part of D & D Auto Repairs at 338 S. Victory Blvd which has multiple buildings attached to each other as one business.
The Borrmann Steels sign can be seen in this scene. It is still present at 110 Olive Ave in Burbank, CA. This scene took place under the Golden Gate Freeway.
